By the international financial crisis, there have been some changes in the field of labor relations of china's enterprises since 2008, especially labor-intensive export-oriented SMEs. The demand for corporate employment is reduced; the phenomenon in scale layoffs and staff went out of business is increasing; wage arrears and security problems continue to occur; the volatility of labor relations is evident; labor disputes and complaints reported increase in the number of cases; the development of harmonious labor relations are facing a new situations. At this point, the final "Labor Contract Law" attracted wide attention and heated discussion after two years of modification and four deliberations in succession. It can be said that the enactment of the law, not only involved in the labor relations between workers and enterprises, but also had a great impact on the function scope and Role Definition of relevant parties who participated in the coordination of labor relations, such as the government and labor unions. This is a law to Deepen and amend substantially the "Labor Law" and is of great significance to build a harmonious company labor relationship.On the basis of previous research achievements, this paper begins with the construction of harmonious company labor relations, and then analyzes the current situation of the labor relationship in China. It ends in the tentative analysis and research on the building a harmonious company labor relations in the context of "Labor Contract Law" from the point of four subjects of labor relations, such as the corporate, government, trade unions and workers. The author believed that there are four areas where should be emphasized in order to build a harmonious labor relations in the context of "Labor Contract Law". Firstly, the ability to construct harmonious labor relations of business could be improved by the establishment of people-oriented corporate culture and the completion of the enterprise's human resources management system, etc. Secondly, the capability of the legislation and law enforcement could be enhanced by the transformation of government functions to create a balanced interests environment for enterprises and workers. Thirdly, trade unions could be viewed as the backbone in the promotion of harmonious labor relations in the enterprise by strengthening the role of them. Lastly, harmonious labor relations of business can be stabled by improving their own quality of workers.
