Research Into The Mechanismof Trade Union Organizations In Social Assistance

At present, the reform of social assistance mechanism in China is at the primary stage when the mechanism of the organizations of all levels in the social assistance is to be improved, and the active role of the mechanism has a practical significance to promote the social assistance in China. As a non-profit organization, the trade union plays a supplementary role in the social assistance mechanism, thus it is necessary to carry out the research into the mechanism of trade union organizations in the social assistance.From the perspectives of the method, way and systematization, the paper studies the mechanism of state union in the social assistance. Through the case study of Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions in the social assistance, the paper analyzes the problems in the state union in the social assistance: insufficient capital, imperfect mechanism, self-construction of state union etc. On the basis of cause analysis, some suggestions are proposed to improve the mechanism of state union in the social assistance: intensify the mechanism construction of state union in the social assistance, strengthen the self-construction of state union, and perfect the help fund raising mechanism and so on, furthermore, the state union organizations can be positively promoted to participate in the social assistance.
