A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Participation Of Trade Union Organizations In Social Governance In Nankai District,Tianjin

With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy,a series of new social contradictions and conflicts have intensified,such as social reforms lagging-behind,the increasing of the gap between the rich and the poor,the increasing of the floating population,the diversification of the interest subjects,and the awareness of the rights and interests of citizens has increased.The social issues pose new challenges to social governance and services.As an important force in modern social organizations,trade union organizations have an active role in expanding the participation of workers and staff,reflecting the demands of the workers and staff,coordinating conflicts of interest,and enhancing the capacity for social autonomy.This study takes the perspective of the trade union organizations in Nankai District,Tianjin City,from the perspective of participation in social governance.It describes the current status of the participation of trade union organizations in social governance.It analyzes the status quo of the participation of trade union organizations in social governance and finds that this process lacks support for policies and regulations,weak organizational foundation,low level of team building,and institutionalized tendency.Serious and lacking diversified service capabilities,and based on the advanced experience at home and abroad,they attempted to change ideas,strengthen system construction,clarify role positioning,optimize work processes,strengthen team building,and optimize basic organizational structure.Measures such as innovation and governance to improve countermeasures provide reference for social organizations to participate in social governance,construct a diversified social governance participation pattern,and achieve modernization of governance systems and governance capabilities.
