The Research On The Effect Of Trade Union's Purchasing Social Organizations' Service

Strengthen the innovation of social governance;rationalize “universal equality”and “benefit all” development were presented at the fifth plenary session of its 18 th Central Committee convened by Communist Party of China.Social organizations play an important part in promoting local economy,developing democratic politics,and promoting social construction.Trade unions is a delegate of labor benefits,is a special social organization formed by workers to eliminate workers' negative emotion,alleviate social contradictions and safeguarding social stability by rendering services such as safeguarding the rights and interests of workers.The reform of state-owned enterprises,non-public businesses substantially increased,and workers group became bigger and bigger moved the trade unions accept challenge constantly.These problems can't be solved quickly and properly only by the employee of trade unions.It should consolidate more resource of social.Trade union should render services such as appeal for workers more professionally with the help of others social organizations.This paper uses empirical research methods,case analysis of the effects,and then based on the theory of principal-agent,I tried to analyze the reasons that caused the problem,and finally puts forward the countermeasures of trade unions to buy public service.This paper is divided into fifth parts.The first part is introduces the research background of selected topic,the research purpose,and the research meaning.And then make a literature review on the nature and function of tread union and government purchase related study of public service,finally pointed out the research methods of this paper;The second part is that to elaborate the necessity of trade unions to buy public service,and elaborate some union purchase related basic concepts and the practice.Part three is the case analysis of the effects of S Federation of trade union.The fourth part is that I tried to analyze the reasons that caused the problem based on the theory of principal-agent.The last part is and puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the effect of trade unions purchase public service.
