Finaly,though carding the ralative system of public participate the legal aid in western countries and the practical of public participate the legal aid in my country , propose a set of measures to perfect the system of public participation in legal aid .About the study of public participation in legal aid ,small speaking,is to protect the civil right in legal environment in the case of large ,the rule of law is an attempt to seek ways of civil society-building,with a view to the role of law and make that contribution.
