In recent years, Non-Governmental Organizations(NGO) obtained the rapid development in china. However, our country is being in the social transition period at present. The market economy system, the responsibility mechanism and the legal system are imperfect as well as the distortion and dislocation of the moral outlook, the malpractice of the present management system's all that are attacking our NGO intensely, making them expose many questions, and causing them to receive the serious challenge on the public trust.Studying the public trust of NGO not only has the important theory value, but also has the very strong practical significance. On the one hand, it has enriched Our country's NGO theory research, expanded the field of vision of NGO theory research, deepened the practice reform of China's social organizations;On the other hand, it caused NGO to pay attention to their own questions and take the public trust construction. Thus promotes NGO sustainable healthy development.In this paper, the public trust of China's non-governmental organizations external environment as the background, using the basic theory of such disciplines as public administration, the public trust of non-governmental organizations conducted a more comprehensive and in-depth study. The body is divided into three parts. First of all, survival of non-governmental organizations should change their ideas to enhance the independence; Second, the Government should speed up and further change the functions of non-governmental organizations, building the public trust of a favorable external environment; again, non-governmental organizations should be reasonable, strive to improve activity, establish a sound internal control system; Finally, non-governmental organizations to promote healthy, clean development and establish a sound external monitoring system is an essential link.
