Personality is stable, habits of thinking and behavior styles, which runs through the whole human psychology, is one of the unique nature of the overall portrayal. Manager character is a silent command subordinates, dominant behavior management, and has clear directive role in the current research has shown that the efficiency of management of personal and social effects of their actions have a profound and wide-ranging implications.The same as a manager of civil servants and enterprise managers, due to differences in the working environment and nature, whether differences exist between the individual and whether people perceive as routine as for the community on civil servants and business managers debate the difference between the personality This study also similarities and differences between the personality traits were compared in order to find significant differences between the two, to address it in their minds, while addressing the senior management of state-owned enterprises and human resources leadership positions in the civil service and reasonable liquidity problems, guide direction and the protection of the final debate question the rational flow of human resources issues.This study CNKI, of such a database, check the related documents at home and abroad, based on enterprise managers and civil servants in the personality of the relevant research literature on the basis of content analysis, the preparation of the managers open personality questionnaire, and combining the results of content analysis to extract the original documents of adjectives, a total of 175 extracted personality adjectives managers and civil servants, in removing synonyms, antonyms and easy to confuse the adjective, the formation of a total of 165 adjectives with closed questionnaires, likert5 point scales were required to evaluate the most familiar to a manager, through the preliminary test results of reliability and validity testing, factor analysis of personality based on six factors derived managers, through the Chongqing survey 261 managers and civil servants and business managers in six dimensions mean scores were significantly different test, obtained both in the overall management structure of the differences in personality; To further study the differences between the two personality characteristics, by average number of entries in all adjectives significant difference test, drawn 17 entries adjective or extremely significant difference, and factor analysis on the basis of differences between the three dimensions of the final formation of the following conclusions:(1) The manager has a certain personality structure obtained in this study included managers Lok Kwan pleasant personality, intelligent and alert, professional and enterprising, dare to take risks, self-serious, restrained elegance 6 dimensions. Enterprise managers and civil servants showed differences in personality characteristics, the overall similarities, but "dare to take risks" of significant difference phenomenon.(2) personality characteristics of managers and civil servants there are significant differences in three factors: market awareness, awareness of competition, and obedience. The results showed that managers market, competition was higher than the civil service, but by less than the civil sense.(3) in different demographic variables, business managers and civil servants were significantly different:Different gender, male civil servants subject to significantly higher awareness of enterprise managers and for women managers at the pleasant nature, smart alert, aggressive and dedicated dare to take risks were higher than those of civil servants, market awareness and female civil servants sense of competition is significantly lower than business managers.At different ages, young business managers dare to take risks, market awareness and competitive awareness were higher in the civil service, but by awareness of less than civil servants.At different academic levels, undergraduate and above the civil service, and obedience in the sense of refined restrained with qualifications higher than enterprise managers, and market awareness and sense of competition was weaker than with the degree of enterprise managers; tertiary education was higher than awareness of the civil service subject to enterprise managers with the qualifications.
