Under the background of building socialist harmonious society, socialist new countryside and service-oriented government, it is very important to study problems and the countermeasures of the civil servants' administrative personality. Under this background, this thesis systematically analyses civil servants' administrative personality performance, the reasons, and then puts forward some molding ways of administrative personality in China.The thesis includes five chapters. The first chapter "Introduction". It includes the research goals, its significance, domestic and foreign research present situation, methodology, thesis structure and its innovation. The second chapter "The related concept's explanation and its theoretical foundations".It explains some important concepts and then points out the theoretical foundations:service-oriented governmental theory; The administrative ethnic theory and the personality psychology theory. The third chapter "The performance and reason analysis of contemporary civil servants'administrative personality". It mainly explains contemporary civil servants' administrative personality performance and the reason analysis. The performance:attachment, small collective form, economy, bureaucrat corruption, local conservative and dual administrative personality. The reasons include psychological, responsibility, role and idea factors related. The fourth chapter "The molding goals and molding ways of administrative personality". It mainly describes molding goals and molding ways of civil servants'administrative personality. In order to mold perfect administrative personality, The thesis puts forward some ways:to mold healthy administrative personality through reconstructing administrative culture; to build the positive working conditions through the social education for civil servants; to deal with kinds of conflict through the administrative ethics legislation and to strengthen autonomic consciousness of civil servants.The last chapter "conclusion". This chapter summarizes the whole thesis. At the same time, this chapter puts forward expectation of the civil servants' administrative personality in China. Finally, it also points out the deficiency of the research.
