On The Farmers' Social Security Right

Building farmers'right to social security is our present academic and practical hot issues of mutual concern. From the institutional level, the farmers' right to social security has not yet been fully acknowledged in law, and that related management mechanisms are not complete. From a political point of view, lack of Chinese farmers rights protection organizations, the political status of unbalance, leading to the redistribution of its national income in the form of a of social security in a weak position.
