Research On The Family Foster Care Model Of Orphans And Disabled Children

Children are the future of the country and nation, the party and government have always attached great importance and concern for children's survival, protection and development. Because of their diseases and defects of physiological and psychological aspects, Orphans and disabled children become vulnerable groups who need special care and special care. Currently, China's model of care for orphans and disabled children mainly includes agencies conservation and family foster care. In which family foster care is the focus of the study, which is widely recognized in practice and which is good for orphaned and disabled children's physical, psychological and social development.Based on the literature review of the classifications and characteristics of the family foster care model, the factors that impact the placement effects of orphans and disabled children and the placement of children who are out of foster family, we summed up the significance of family foster care of the orphans and disabled children. On this basis, we design the questionnaire, which is divided into two parts, which are the basis conditions of foster parents, foster families and foster children, and family foster care support system. The questionnaire survey is carried out in family foster care basis of Jinan City, and a total of 31 of 57 foster families are surveyed and depth visited.Based on the investigation we analyzed the date using SPSS15.0. The results found that the family foster care of Jinan City still has shortcomings. Aimed at the shortcomings we put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The paper ends with the limitation of the research and the bright direction for the following research in the future.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:The first part is an overview of the family foster care and its theoretical basis, which focuses on the definition of family foster care, purpose, pattern, characteristics and introduces British psychiatrist John Bowlby's "psychological attachment theory", the theory of social welfare socialization and the theory of people socialization.The second part described the status and characteristics of family foster of abroad country we described the situation of the family foster care of the United States and Britain, from which we can get some experience that is good for family foster care of our country.The third part is the case study. Through empirical research methods, we study the status and problems of the family foster care of Zhifang village Tangwang town Jinan CityThe fourth part is the conclusion and the countermeasures. From the current shortcomings of foster children's future, family foster care assessment system, financial and legal aspects of the family foster care model we put up with the reasonable policies and proposals.
