Ecological relocation project was implemented for the first time in the world. Since 2005, it has been the fifth years to start to implement the three rivers ecological relocation, they began to face up the problems of the development of the follow-up industry after the initial adaptation. The questions which will definitely affect the implementation of China's western development strategy, eco-construction planning and implementation of sustainable development in three rivers area.
