The villager committee election is an important process of the implementation of village autonomy system, but extensive election of villager committees and the importance of practice of villager self-government caused widespread concern in various aspects of society. Under the background of China's economic and social profound comprehensive changes, village inevitably in the dramatically social transformation. The village committee elections are all increasingly exposed to varying degrees contradictions and problems, such as bribery. In particular the issue of bribery has been existed in different degrees since the implementation of villager committee elections. This problem is becoming increasingly dominant and diverse characteristics, and it has increased the potential flooding.Naturally, many scholars are proceeding in a large number of significant researches of the villager committee election. Researching in the problems of the villager committee election is not in the less field. The author chose Zhengzhou W village in selection of villager committees problems, because author participate in process of election in identity of the villagers, and collect rich content and experience material the other is hard to gain. The author has witnessed behaviors of villagers in the election process, even in the power of each aspect also have to balance my behavior choice, therefore in the process of election have deep appreciate and comprehension about bribery.The author attempts from a new perspective(Cultural Sociology, political sociology perspective) to study the election of villagers committee bribery problem. Specifically, by observing the behaviors of villagers in the process of election, to analyse what factors affect the choice villagers made. Then discuss the selection and broader sense of values, how to constitute a kind of political subculture. Thus points out the boycott which the political subculture to leading political culture that advocated by the electoral system is the cultural factor. Furthermore the political subculture is independent of the leading political culture, in the process of forming and after it has been not guided restricted by leading political culture. Also it is not integrated into the dominant political culture and through leading political culture influence the villagers'values and behaviors. Therefore, author proposed to solve the problem of the villagers committee election not only need law and institutions, but also need cultural integration path. By continue to promote the development of the rural market, to foster positive political and cultural environment, to use various political socialization, to reform the villagers committee election and so on, reasonably effectively integrate political subculture. The leading political culture advocated by villager committee election system should take guiding role and restrictions so that solve bribery problem of village committee election.
