It's well known that China is a large agricultural country and there's a popular saying that Chinese issue,in the final analysis,is a problem of peasant. After the developments of more than thirty years, great changes have taken place in Chinese agriculture and rural economy. But with the further developments of Chinese modernization process,a series of uncoordinated problems are emerging, and issues of peasants, represented by the predicaments of peasant, agriculture and rural areas, have became a main obstacle in our building of a well-off society in a all-round way. Mao Zedong's has always attaches great importance to peasant in Chinese revolutionary and constructional process, and formed an unique peasant concepts after the deeper understanding and awareness of peasant problems both in theory and practice. Today, rearranging his concepts,we will find that it still has practical meaning to tackle the problems of "peasant, agriculture and rural areas".The peasant concept of Mao Zedong, deeply influenced by those of Marxism classics,Chinese traditional thought of people and re-thinking of agriculture, modern revolutionaries as well as Utopian socialism, has been formed step by step with Chinese own characteristic.Mao Zedong's peasant concept has an unprecedented rich content, and his practical movements of liberating peasants have been dynamic and vivid on the unprecedented scale. My piece is elaborating his concepts in the following four parts:in the revolutionary war period,Mao Zedong has regarded peasants as main force; in the socialist construction period,he has given peasants masters of the country,so the status of peasant has been significantly improved; he has always paid attention to economic interest of peasants, meeting the demands of their requires of lands by implementing land reforms, improving the living standards of peasants by increasing agricultural labor productivity, and reducing gaps between city and rural areas by carrying on preferential agricultural policies; he has successfully organized peasants to completed revolutionary and constructing tasks; as for education of peasant,he has taken diverse forms and rich contents. Today, let us look back at history as a mirror and find out the solutions to "peasant, agriculture and rural areas" in his concept. My piece is elaborating his peasants concepts in four following parts:1,Enough emphasis should be given to peasants,so that they can play a main role.2,The decisions on Three Rural Issues must represent the fundamental interests and demands of the main peasants.3 We should actively guide and organize peasants to go intensive scientific development road, which is the best way to solve Three Rural Issues.4,Development of rural education and development of new farmers are the key (or fundamental outlet) way to solve Three Rural Issues.
