Since the 60th aniversary of our country's building up,the disabled career in our country has made a distinguished progress especially the achievement of employment of the disabled which attracts the attention of the whole world.With the high value of the Party and the Sate Council,the disabled career not only enriches the theory intension but also gives new spirit of the time to the disabled career which provides the development of the disabled employment with powerful political ensurance and theory supportment.However,we should face the pressure of different kinds of social discrimination ,the unsound employment of the disabled and social service system and the influence made by unfavourable factors like global financial crisis and so on.Meanwhile,the disabled themselves have the problem of psychological inferiority and low quality so that employment of the disabled is always unsolved.Then,aiming at the problem of the disabled employment in our country in current stage and drawing lessons from advanced experience in hastening the disabled employment in foreign countries,this article commences from the former stage of real fact in our country about the disabled employment.After summarizing and analysing the material examples,it puts forward to a stereofy developmental pattern which includes the goverment,the society and the individual and accounts in detail the improving method of the disabled employment in our country.Firstly,influenced by the global financial crisis,the pressure of social employment is growing continously.What's more,many college and universitie graduates are getting into trouble on all sides or even appears the phenomenon of unemployment after graduating so that some college graduates are at grass all day long.But we shouldn't ignore the employment of the disabled because of these reasons.The Party and goverment should keep high value to develop the disabled career.According to the social fact,they should act according to circumstances and take a series of fatal movement which can develop the disabled career to hasten the disabled employment and help the disabled achieve their self-improvement and self-reliance.According to the law,we should carry forward the arrangement of the disabled employment to scale,positively support the disabled to choose a job or start a business all by themselves,explore multiform public interest positions which are suitable for the disabled employment,support with employment assistance for the disabled who are difficult to find a job,establish and consummate policies of supporting the poor which are aiming at the features of the disabled,devote major efforts to extend communization pattern,develop featured family-style employment and strictly carry out the use of policy of the disabled employment guaranty.Relevant department should further develop various training to this group,organise various kinds of job fairs,positively recommend them employment opportunities and help the disabled consummate their own 'hardware facility'.Meanwhile,the disabled should also correct some matters in their own minds,be brave to face the fact and eliminate the sense of inferiority,positively raise their synthetical self-quality and more and more take part in social practical activities.Secondly,further strengthen the propaganda and education of socialism and humanitarianism.We should establish and make use of network of the disabled employment information to provide them with ploybasic employment,provide the disabled employment with judicial assistance and improve the environment and standard of the disabled employment.Moreover,social employing unit's arranging for the disabled employment should be conscientious and initiative.We shouldn't hold the reason that there's no position suitable for the disabled employment,the enterprise benefit is not so good or it is difficult to communicate with and conduct the disabled so that we keep a good distance from the disabled.The society should pay special attention to the disabled who belong to the weak-power group instead of temporary action as simple charity and providing kindness only on festivals or short-term action as providing the disabled with obviously unfair employing opportunities.With the development of the period,the society will provide the disabled employment with more advantageous conditions making the disabled able to make use of their own talent to participate in the employing and use their own labor to create wealth. Thirdly,except for the two objective aspects which has been mentioned above,the most important should be the subjective aspect,that is,individual aspect.There're less opportunities for the disabled to be educated than sound ones.Thus,the disabled constitution,intelligence,knowledge,skill and potential are not fully developed.Their culture quality on the whole is low and work skill is single.In another word,if the government and the society supplys the disabled with unlimited employing opportunities and abundant policies and laws while the disabled always can't treat themselves correctly,show their weak-power in gaining the information of employment,network of social relationship,training of working skill and employment concept,hold the sense of inferiority,fear about being laughed or discriminated by others,abandon themselves,or some are even ignorant and incompetent,then anything else will be meaningless.Unless they correct their attitude first,don't look down upon themselves,be full of confidence in themselves,study continuously to gain a skill that they can control for the solid foundation of employment in the future,can they be accepted by the society and blend in the big family of society.The final target of the disabled employment is to make the disabled compete fairly with others,give them the right to take part in social life,carry out social duty,enjoy equal treatment and welfare and share the material and cultural result made from the economic reform and labor as the sounds can do.At present,it brings unprecedented opportunity for the development of the disabled employment to further carry out scientific outlook on development,build a well-off society in an all-round manner and establish socialist harmonious society.The development of the disabled employment must be bold in making innovations and keep pace with the times,coordinating with the development of national economy and social ensurance.Under the common effort of the government,the society and the individual,we combine the disabled employment with other disabled career such as the disabled relief,recovery,education,culture,sports and so on.It must be true that the disabled employment will be solved well.
