| The pension security system hasn't been established in our country rural eraes, and the family support is the main way for old people in rural ereas.But with the changing about family structure, the function of the family support have continued to weaken, especially in undeveloped rural areas of GanSu province. It was made old people seek into troble by the high degree of aging, the low rate of pension insurance policy holders and the weak function of the community old-age security in Gansu rural eraes. It's the main means to solve the problem about the pension of the rural residents by construting of the pension security legal system in rurua areas of GanSu province. This test support of the suggestion about construting of the pension security legal system by analysed the special problems in rurua areas of GanSu province.This test has five part.Chaper one, to defining the concept of pension security in rurua areas by analyzing the concept of the pension security, pension insurance, and social security. And discuss the text based on the concept.
