The study on teacher culture has been attached importance by more and more teachers,educational researchers, and educational governors with the deeper study on teacherprofessionalization all over the world since 1960s when UN suggested teacherprofessionalization firstly. The study on the relationship between teacher culture and teacherprofessionalization as well as how logical teacher culture improves the level of the teacherprofessionalization , has been materialized in practical school life. In the view of international investigation of teacher culture, the previous study onteacher culture paid more attention to the content of the teacher culture, such as the teacher'sconjunct faith, the value concept, and the thought style, as well as how the favorable andcommon teacher's culture content plays the importance on teacher professionalization andschool's teaching reform. With the deeper investigation and more mature of corporationorganization all over the world, the relationship between teachers in schools and universitieshas been attached importance. Good work relationship between teachers helps thedevelopment of teacher professionalization and the improvement of the teaching quality andefficiency. So a lot of researchers have interested in the study on the form of the teacherculture. Based on the results mentioned above, some investigation methods and contentregarding to the teacher culture are presented in this paper. At present, the standard ofclassifying the form of the teacher culture is various for different researchers in this area, soare the classifying forms. The representative opinion about the form of the teacher culturecame form Hargreaves, who is an educationist and sociologist of Canada. According to hisinvestigation results, the form of teacher culture is divided into the form of individualism,contrived collegiality, collaboration, and balkanization, respectively, in this paper. Thedifferent reasons of forming, the characterization, and the role for the development ofteacher professionalization of each form of teacher is various. So the study on teacher culturehas been attached importance by researchers. The paper focuses on the meaning of the teacher culture, the relationship between theteacher culture and the teacher professionalization, the role of different style of the teacherculture for the teacher professionalization, and the formation of a logical conjunct style ofthe teacher culture. At the same time, the author of this paper focuses on the importance ofthe establishment of a logical conjunct style of the teacher in the practical teaching work, andgave some strategies and approaches for the establishment of the teacher culture style. All in all, the study on the teacher culture has become the important content of teachereducation, and attached importance by more and more educational researchers. At the sametime, the perfect culture of teacher's corporation is a key method to promote theimprovement of the teacher professionalization, to increase the teaching efficiency andquality. Therefore, it has very important academic and practical values when we have beeninvestigating the teacher culture.
