Analysis On The Service Effect Of Senior Sports In Shanghai

This paper mainly through literature review and questionnaire survey, using service satisfaction as evaluation indicators, make a quantitative analysis on the service content in order to give an objective assessment of the service effect of Shanghai senior sports. The results indicate, the services of Shanghai senior sports brings significant effect in present stage, most of the elderly people give a high satisfaction evaluation to the service contents, the majority of the aged persons in Shanghai take part in the sports organizations, a large proportion of them join the self-governing organizations, and the community adopting teaching as method to spread composed exercise program has achieve a good effect and gain the recognition of the elderly people in Shanghai. Thus, there are still many problems about the school opening to the neighboring communities need to be solved.This paper argues that the community should transform the service functions of senior sports in the future in Shanghai, emphasis sport's social interaction instead of fitness function in the elderly people, adopt the development model by establishing a special department collaborate sports association of the senior people and community sports department to manage the senior sports and provide them services. For the purpose of giving a scientific guidance to the services of senior sports, this paper also give a service evaluation system of senior sports.
