Recently, with the increasingly tough situation of job-hunting, much attention has to be paid to college students'job-hunting stress. Job-hunting stress is related to both college students'physical heath and college students'mental health. If we could not take effective measures to regulating and intervening, it will not only have detrimental impact on college students'physical health but also have baneful influences on students'mental health. Therefore, the issue of college students'job-hunting stress is stringent.This study selected 438 college students who are from eight universities in Harbin for the test, to survey the condition of their job-hunting stress, career decision-making self-efficacy and vocational selection anxiety by the method of questionnaire. The aim of this study is to explore the relationship among job-hunting stress, career decision-making self-efficacy and vocational selection anxiety, and the focus is to explore mechanism in which the job-hunting stress and career decision-making self-efficacy affect vocational selection anxiety. The result of this research can provide theoretical and practical guidance for related domain .Conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The questionnaire of college students'job-hunting stress has good reliability and validity(2)There exist great differences in career decision-making self-efficacy and job-hunting stress with regard to some variables(3)Job-hunting stress and Career decision-making self-efficacy can predict vocational selection anxiety(4)There is a significant influence on Vocational selection anxiety from their job-hunting stress and student cadre, and there is an impact on relations for job-hunting stress and Vocational selection anxiety with student cadre as a moderator(5)There a significant influence on vocational selection anxiety from their job-hunting stress and career decision-making self-efficacy, and there is an impact on relations for job-hunting stress and vocational selection anxiety with career decision-making self-efficacy as an mediator(6)Cadre student have moderating effect on the mediating effect which come from the impact on relations for job-hunting stress and vocational selection anxiety with Career decision-making self-efficacy as a mediator(7)Career decision-making self-efficacy have an mediator effect on the moderating effect which come from the impact on relations for job-hunting stress and vocational selection anxiety with student cadre an moderator...
