The purpose of this thesis aims to analyze the causes for the identical problems that School Choice encountered in compulsory education system of DaQing oil Field, by comprehensive and objectives analyzing of the pros and cons, preliminary solutions and feasible scenario will be discovered which leads to solve the problems, it will help to advocate the fairness in our education system, to optimize the process of education system reformation, and to make the compulsory education develop much healthier ever than before. Overall, the purpose of this essay is to explore the inner link between School Choice and Education Equity, develop the feasible theory and practice scenario for solving the related problems.Questionnaire and interview are used as the research methods in this paper, emphasizing on comprehension of the questionnaire. In order to meet the requirement of research, this essay adopts the advantages from both open and closed style questionnaire to explore the issues of School Choice at a sufficient level. As this questionnaire method has been extensively applied in DaQing oil Field before author start writing this paper. In writing of this paper, many representative problems of School Choice in compulsory education system were identified by investigating the main behavior samples, collecting relevant data and evidence. Among these materials, the closed-end multiple-choice questions are used in choice tendency and foreseen problem dimensions of the theoretical construction. The open style questions are used to investigate the ideas, subjecting attitudes of the School Choice in unpredictable complex dimension. The interview method is applied to collect data from different levels of representative subjects on School Choice, and experiencing personal attitudes and the existing problems of all parties, furthermore, understand of the present situation and the impact of School Choice, and the various social strata's attitudes in School Choice in compulsory education system. According to some specific problems in School Choice in compulsory education, in-depth interviews are used to indicate the reasons for producing a series of imbalances in our educational resources distribution, by doing so, some valuable suggestions of interest groups are gathered.Although the research has been done which clarifies the certain phenomenon of School Choice in compulsory education system and certain results have been obtained, but most of them are within the education itself, to describe the reasons for the use of dialectical method from the perspectives of pros and cons, analysis of these problems is relatively insufficient. Since School Choice has become a practical issue of education which inevitably attracts a community-wide attention; in particular, the role played by the authorize departments of the government is self-evident. Therefore, this paper inclines to explore evidences from the regional level, especially School Choice issue of compulsory education in the oil field areas through conducting empirical research on the vast and scattered scale which involves all the compulsory education schools in such regions.Through researching countermeasures of School Choice issue of compulsory education in Daqing oilfield areas, this paper will identify the self-positioning for regional compulsory education development, distinct between the strengths and weaknesses, and envisages the development of compulsory education in a rational manner and therefore offering useful experience for School Choice issues. It also proposes practical measures through multiple discussions from various perspectives and both merits and demerits in School Choice issue in compulsory education. By exploring suitable ways of their own development for the compulsory education's development of oil field areas, the bottlenecks which impedes the development of compulsory education in the region is identified, thereby developing a rational manner in dealing with the matters of compulsory education, and offering practical experience as well as solutions for school choice issues. Finally, this paper makes great contribution to the effort of developing a sustainable, stable and healthy education system in DaQing oil Field.in addition, it will also make great contribution to the national wide compulsory education system.
