Research On The Problem Of School Choice In Compulsory Education

A citizen’s right to education is a fundamental cultural and educational rightstipulated by the law，which is the premise and basis for citizens to enjoy other culturaleducation. While "school-choice" phenomenon occurred in compulsory educationstage，is actually violating the partial citizen’s basic right seriously in current society.Harmonious society is one kind of ideal social condition which we pursue today.Harmony is beautiful pursue, is the best state of things; and also is the pursuit ofharmonious education. As public resources of the obligation education, how to be "dothe people’s satisfactions" compulsory education is the government’s importantresponsibility. However, the phenomenon of school-choice has been universalphenomena during compulsory education stage in our country because of imperfectrelevant policies and regulations，uneven distribution of education resources, and thelacking of high quality of educational resource. Thus，we can not ignore the impact onthe masses and society. Education department also has issued a series of measures torestrict the behavior, but phenomenon of school-choice has not been solved. This paperwill analyze the phenomena and the reason for the background from the perspective oflegal system by the way of the field investigation, research, argumentation, so as toprovide the proposals of reform for the further development of our educational career.
