Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Compulsory Education Entrance Policy In Shenyang

With the development of our country's economy and the improvement of educational level,the issue of education equity in compulsory education is attracting more and more attention.Because of the corruption and waste of resources,the independent school choice,which has been tried out in China,has aroused widespread social discontent.Due to the current distribution of education resources in our country the difference degree of compulsory education for children of parents affects thousands on thousands of heart,the entrance standard problem has gradually become a hot social problem,paying close attention to family age students.In order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education,get rid of the problem of school choice,to solve the compulsory education stage of city low-income families and migrant children to school difficult problem,to guarantee school-age children receive compulsory education equality of opportunity,we must earnestly implement the nearest school policy,and effectively protect the citizens right to education.Although according to the documents of the Ministry of education and the relevant provisions of the compulsory education law,the city of Shenyang takes the near enrolment system at the stage of compulsory education.However,at present,the development of compulsory education between regions and schools in Shenyang is very uneven.The children of urban low-income families and migrant children are still hard to go to school.In recent years,Chinese scholars have analyzed and studied it from different perspectives and put forward corresponding improvement measures,which provide a lot of reference and inspiration for the follow-up research of this subject.In this paper,the uneven distribution of educational resources in Shenyang city based on the background,through the investigation and analysis on the nearby enrollment policy,analyze the current situation of the city to the nearest school policy implementation and problems,and put forward the corresponding solutions,in order to improve the nearby enrollment policy,to protect citizens the benefits of education and to promote compulsory education on fair construction.
