New teachers are teachers of major population, development of new teachers determine education future trends. Through a new teachers'professional development, can promote new teachers of growth and development. This article from the new teachers in mining the growing influence of key events, analysis of their professional growth of external factors, and in effect during the processing of new teachers in the resulting internal changes. Summarizes the key events of mining on the growth of new teachers have far-reaching implications for the value and significance. This article takes the qualitative research methods, The paper takes 15 new teachers from 4 different schools for the research, uses deep interview, non-participatory observation and text analysis to collect key events of new teachers. The main purpose of the paper is to acquire the most valuable mechanism through analysis and recombination of the key events, so as to find out the essence of the key events.The research is composed of four parts:The first part mainly introduces the reason and background of the paper, put forward the purpose, the value and the design scheme of research after summarizing key events of new teachers from other counties.The second part gives a definition of the relevant concept.The third part divides the key events into two parts:normal events and abnormal events according to the data collected.The fourth part offers suggestion and reflection of the paper. How to use the educational significance of the key events to help the new teachers for their development, how to treat key events, key person and how to utilize the favorable environments are discussed first, and then is the reflection part of the paper. This part gives a reflection of the research from the internal validity, the extension and the ethics perspective.
