Key events refer to the events that can have a significant impact on Teachers' educational ideas,professional knowledge and teaching ability in Teachers' professional development.On the basis of previous studies,this paper reviews the relevant literature on key events and the professional development of new primary school teachers.Based on the investigation and analysis of 110 new primary school teachers in Yantai City,this paper discusses the role of key events in the professional development of new primary school teachers and the existing problems,and puts forward relevant improvement strategies.The survey found that open class,teacher apprentice pairing,teaching emergencies,collective lesson preparation,and new post teacher training are the top five key events in the professional development of new primary school teachers.The impact of these five key events on Teachers' professional development is mainly reflected in three aspects: professional knowledge,professional ability,and professional concept: open class improves teachers' teaching design and language expression ability;teacher apprenticeship improves teachers' professional development The results show that pairing can improve teachers' teaching ability and change their educational concept;teaching emergencies can help teachers accumulate educational experience and enhance educational tact;collective lesson preparation can improve teachers' professional knowledge and ability;new post teacher training can improve teachers' class management ability and promote their good quality.At the same time,there are also a series of problems,such as: Teachers' lack of correct understanding of the value of open class;the pairing of teachers and apprentices is more casual and lack of science;teachers' improper measures to deal with emergencies;collective lesson preparation is a mere formality;teachers' training content is extensive and the way is single.Finally,around the theme of key events,this paper puts forward improvement strategies for teachers,schools and teacher training departments.Teachers should build a real classroom based on the normal class;schools should select instructors to promote effective cooperation between teachers and apprentices;teachers should give full play to educational wit to effectively deal with emergencies in teaching;schools should create a cooperative atmosphere to enhance the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation;teacher training departments should improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teacher training based on the needs of teacher development.
