In the21st century,education is full of hope and challenges,all countries in theworld attach great importance to education reform and development,and thecultivation of teachers. Teachers’professionalization is to improve the teachersprofessional quality and the promotion of the teachers professional social value. It isthe objective requirement of the teachers’education development in our country.PE teachers is an important part of teachers,PE teacher professionalization is theimportant content to realize teachers specialization. PE teachers’ quality in relationto all the students and even the entire national health enhancement. The cultivationof the talent is related to socialist modernization construction, PE teachers qualityand ability is directly related to success of education.The research object of this article is senior middle school PE teachersspecialization in Hefei,taking the cluster sampling method, selecting45high schoolsfrom nine administrative domain200physical education teachers in Hefei as theobject of investigation, with literature data method, questionnaire survey method,logical analysis and mathematical statistics, from PE teachers professional concept,professional knowledge, professional ability, professional training, professionalautonomy and professional organizations,amount to six aspects, As the currentproblems that exist in the physical education teachers professional development inHefei multifaceted analysis discussed in this paper, put forward the targetedcountermeasures, for the current high school sports teachers specialization in Hefeiprovide theoretical support and practical guidance. Research conclusions are asfollows:Firstly, senior middle school PE teachers in Hefei, the difference between menand women teachers gender ratio is significant, more male than female; the most PEteachers experience is more than10years, the young teachers are less; Hefei PEeducation structure is more reasonable, the title distribution fundamental equilibrium, but fewer senior professional titles of teachers.Secondly,the majority of senior middle school PE teachers hold a positiveattitude to their work in Hefei city, there is also a sports teachers social status is low,PE teachers are widespread professional problem such as fatigue, lack of enthusiasmof students; PE teachers understanding of specialization level needs to improve, alsothere are some defects on the professional knowledge; PE teachers professionalability better grasp the situation, the scientific research ability present situation isnot optimistic;Physical education teachers to accept professional training fewer,motive is too utilitarian education and training; Physical education teachers in hefeihas larger professional autonomy, but weak professional organizations.Thirdly, in order to improve physical education teachers in Hefei specializationlevel, PE teachers in Hefei should set up lofty career ideal and advanced educationidea, deepen the understanding of specialization of teachers, strengthening theconsciousness of professional development, on the concept of lifelong learning toimprove professional level; on the external aspect, these senior middle schoolsshould pay more attention to the role of PE teachers, create conditions for sportsteachers professional development, attach great importance to the pre-serviceteacher training to improve teachers social status, improve teachers salary.
