Its development and perfection made it an abstract management system, which keeps the quality by process control and suitable for all fields of life, including education. But the actual effects are diverse, in order to ensure the success and expectable effects, the thesis aims at finding the key factors that affect, the secondary professional school's implementation of ISO9000 standard.By applying the concerned theories ago, interviewing the executive managers from the secondary professional school and enterprise personnel cadres, and analyzing the cases, the thesis comes up to suppose. Then a survey should be taken to collect abundant data.
