At present,the high turnover rate in the hotel industry has become the norm,and even more and more hotel students are unwilling to stay in the hotel industry after working in hotels.More and more students have switched to beauty,real estate and other industries after internship at the hotel,resulting in a serious loss of talent in the hotel industry.Graduates of hotel management majors in secondary vocational schools are no exception.Studies have shown that the professional identity during the internship has a great influence on the intern intention of the intern.The level of professional identity not only affects the stability of hotel staffs work,but also affects its own development space in the hotel industry.The level of professional identity not only affects the stability of the hotel staffs work,but also affects its own development space in the hotel industry.At the same time,it also affects the direction of the hotel's professional training and enrollment plan.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to understand the current situation of professional identity of the professional interns in secondary vocational schools and to propose corresponding countermeasures.This article focuses on the status of professional identity of interns in hotel specialties in secondary vocational schools.This article comprehensively understand the status of professional identity of the intern trainees of hotel management professionals in secondary vocational schools in Changsha,mainly through the survey of the questionnaire and the analysis of the results,analyze relevant factors that affect their professional identity.Based on the influencing factors,this article further discusses how to improve the professional identity of the professional interns in a secondary vocational school,and discusses the strategies to improve the professional identity.The relationship between professional identity and pressure and coping behavior,self-esteem,and self-efficacy in professional interns of secondary vocational schools is the focus of this study.This article discusses its related relations,studies the influencing factors affecting professional identity,and proposes suggestions for improving the professional identity of hotel professionals in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of social environment,schools,and internships.
