Mathematics operation is one of the important teaching activities in mathematics class, mathematics operation ability is one of the three basic abilities of mathematics, and is one of the important reasons that influencing the score of student. We can say where there is the mathematics, only if there is the question, the mathematics operation must be there. Enhancing the mathematics operation ability of student are that for building up the good basement which raising the mathematics score of students and cultivating the creative thinking of students. So it has the very important reality meaning to explore the method and route of raising the mathematics operation ability of student.This paper based on the some research results, combined with the practice experience and thinking of myself many years teaching, through the investigation of the develop situation of the mathematics operation ability level of the grade three student in senior middle school, using of the comparative analysis method and the experiment analysis method of the theory and practice combination, to analyze the factors that influence the mathematics operation ability develop level of the grade three student in senior middle school, and then put forward to the abstract countermeasures which raising the mathematics operation ability of the grade three student in senior middle school. We hope that this can give some supports for the teaching of mathematics teacher in senior middle school and the mathematics learning of student, to enhance the mathematics operation ability of student, and can raise the score of the national entrance examination of student.This paper is divided to five parts. Part one put forward to the background, goal and meaning of the research problem. Part two summary up the study theory and study results of mathematics ability and mathematics operation ability both in China and abroad. Part three did the mathematics operation ability test and the solving process analyses for the grade three students in my work school. Part four based on the results of test and the interview of teachers and students, analyzed the reasons which influence to the mathematics operation ability of the grade three student in senior middle school from four sides of the teaching environment, the mathematics learning psychology of student, mathematics recognize construction and mathematics thinking and method. Part five put forward to the abstract countermeasures that enhancing the mathematics operation ability of the grade three student in senior middle school that combined with the research results of other people and the practice experience of my own. At last, we did the summary and induction of this research, give the future discuss problems.
