With the curriculum reform of basic education and the growing popularity of information education in schools, the integration of classroom teaching of chemistry in high schools has increasingly accelerated pace, which is of great significance for improving teaching efficiency and developing students'innovative spirit and practical ability as well as the deepening of structural reform in chemistry teaching. Therefore, combined the learning theories (behavioral, cognitive and constructive) with interactive network research, this paper focuses on the application of design and use of modern teaching methods with information technology from different aspects, such as the application of"teacher","student"and"teaching of chemistry". Designed from different perspectives, this paper tries to analyze the role information technology plays in the process of the teaching of chemistry, with the purpose of"revealing the characteristics of students'internal development, recognizing self-development basis and at the meantime looking for breakthrough of leap-forward development".This paper also presents three different cases of integrating information technology with the teaching of chemistry, and further details are to follow.
