This paper take Sunan center primary school which is in the Course of Modernization in the 21st century as the background ,So take school C for example to study the management innovation of a school plays an important role in the rapid development of one. Firstly the paper introduces the origin of school's management innovation,theoretical significance and practical significance,and then the previous studies of school's management innovation were reviewed and found independence in school management,professional training showing new features,and the management become more and more social,inter-instiution and international.In the research the method of qualitative research is mainly adopted. In data collection,using literature research,observation and interviews,of which the interview is the based method. By directly talking with seven teachers we obtain some of their own experience of school management,of past life experiences,thoughts,emotions,attitudes and other aspects of the original data,analyze those information,get the smallest meaning unit and gradually develop the clue of this paper. In this paper the reliability,validity, promotion and ethical of the study have a brief description. Finally it is included with practice of school management innovation and introduces the specific methods and the final goal in ideas systems,methods,models of management .Finally,to conclusion that in school management,timely reform and adjustment,can make the work of innovation management to a higher level, thus promoting the rapid development of the school.
