Class management is an important part of teachers 'work.At present,the class management work of many middle school teachers is outdated in terms of ideas and methods,and lacks new ideas.Innovative class management in middle school can improve management efficiency,optimize teacher-student relationship and improve class environment.The research of the innovation of the middle school class management is suitable to adopt the methods of case study,field observation and in-depth interview.There are four aspects to the innovation of the management of the secondary school class:The first is the innovation of class organization construction.The main content is: innovation in the selection of class cadres;Innovation in the training of class cadres;Innovation in the use of class cadres.The second is the innovation of class system construction.The main contents are: innovation in class rule making;Innovation in class rule training;Innovation in class rules implementation.Third,innovation of class environment construction,the main content is:innovation of class material environment construction;Innovation in class atmosphere construction.The fourth is the innovation of interpersonal relationship construction,the main content is: the innovation of teacher-student relationship construction;Innovation of home-school relationship construction.
