With the fast development of economy and the transformation of enterprises, there are some differences between the requirements to the workers and the abilities of the graduates from higher vocational colleges. On the one hand there is a shortage of high-skilled workers in enterprises, but on the other hand, it is quite difficult for these graduates to be employed. Therefore why these high-skilled workers are so welcomed has become a focus to scholars. The research on the training of such workers is being from appealing to executing, from macro scope to micro scope and from perpetual experience to rational thinking. It is Li Zong rao who produces this idea in his book named Education of High Skilled Personals In Suzhou Area And Curricula Reform in Occupational Colleges. However, there is no pages about curriculums in it. Currently, the study on the training of high-skilled workers is mainly concerned about the conation location, desired qualities and training objectives, but the key points such as curriculums, teaching contents, and training systems are still on the exploring period.This paper includes five most, main contents can be summarized as:The first part is the introduction, mainly discussed the research background, significance, review and study questions, content and method.The second part is the related concepts, in suzhou, higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges and high professional course concepts such as clearly defined.The third part of suzhou high-skill talents is analyzed, the main reason was found in suzhou is caused by the rapid economic development of talent demand has increased dramatically, local high-skill talents supply capacity of institutionalized socialization, technician assessment yet pervasive and recognized by the society, and the training of backward, etc. The fourth part, mainly through the curriculum reform to improve the idea of suzhou high-skill talents in higher vocational colleges, draw lessons from foreign experience of the construction, accurately grasp the suzhou region skillful talents, setting up reasonable curriculum system of higher vocational colleges in suzhou, strengthening the higher vocational colleges and economic development to solve the suzhou region of skilled talents.The fifth part of suzhou high-skill talents training needs and XX vocational technical college course reform practice of case study in higher vocational colleges, the curriculum reform to improve by cultivating high-skill talents is feasible and effective.
