A Study Of The Relations Between Education Of High Skilled Personals And Curricula Reform In Occupational Colleges In Suzhou Area

With the fast development of economy and the transformation of enterprises, there are some differences between the requirements to the workers and the abilities of the graduates from higher vocational colleges. On the one hand there is a shortage of high-skilled workers in enterprises, but on the other hand, it is quite difficult for these graduates to be employed. Therefore why these high-skilled workers are so welcomed has become a focus to scholars. The research on the training of such workers is being from appealing to executing, from macro scope to micro scope and from perpetual experience to rational thinking. It is Li Zong rao who produces this idea in his book named Education of High Skilled Personals In Suzhou Area And Curricula Reform in Occupational Colleges. However, there is no pages about curriculums in it.
