The education of children of migrant workers, large and medium cities in China faces a new problem. In recent years, with positive changes in national policy, the majority of migrant workers have entered the public schools who their children attend, the children learn in the new environment in China? Recruit a large number of migrant children to public schools to improve educational efficiency, the School Characteristics and better services for children of migrant workers? Thus the children of migrant workers in the public schools become the learning situation and the times given us a new topic. In this paper, Qingpu District, Shanghai primary schools as a case SZ, SZ Primary School is a public school, the proportion of enrolled children of migrant workers is the highest region, with a certain degree of representativeness; same time, because the author is one of a teacher in the teaching process, found that most of the children of migrant workers learning difficulties, but to recruit a large number of migrant children's public schools, did not result in changes in teaching strategies.In view of this, the author intends to which migrant children as research subjects, developed public school teachers (51), children of migrant workers (240), migrant workers parents (241) three sets of questionnaires from the children of migrant workers in the Public learning environment in schools, learning attitude, learning ability to investigate three aspects, and SZ school leadership, teachers, children of migrant workers, migrant workers the status of the parents a total of four different depth interviews with 19 people, while the use of the teaching in the case, literature, archives mutual authentication methods such as multi-angle, I found that many children of migrant workers there are students in poor academic issues, such as a considerable number of students not suited to teaching in Shanghai (deep and live content), students Methods used to poor motivation of students is too utilitarian (money) to learn the basis of poor academic burden, etc., with past experience in public schools do not adopt appropriate teaching methods. The author investigated from the educational system (teaching materials, teacher), family status, dual social structure, "city center" value orientation and other aspects of the causes of the problem and put forward on equality, diverse learning environment; individualized counseling; to strengthen home-school cooperation; as children of migrant workers to create a good environment, social and policy measures.I hope that through this study, children of migrant workers to improve the situation of learning disabilities, improve academic performance, so that the healthy growth of children of migrant workers and harmonious development; explore and meet their special needs equality in education and teaching methods; raise the awareness of parent education of migrant workers, children of migrant workers to improve the quality of family education and join forces with the school education; to school teachers to change the bias of the children of migrant workers, recognizing that educate children of migrant workers is the bounden duty of schools and teachers and obligations, and effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching to enhance Public school children of migrant workers compulsory education quality; on the recruit a large number of migrant children in public schools in the future survival and development put forward constructive management strategies and recommendations; for other enroll children of migrant workers in the public schools "reasonable load, the harmonious development "provides reference for decision-making leadership of the right of teachers to provide the basis to implement effective teaching.
