The education of children of migrant workers, problem, has always been largeand medium-sized cities in China facing a new problem. in recent years, with nationalpolicy changes, Most of the migrant children has entered the public schools, Theadaption situation of the children in the new environment? Recruit a large number ofmigrant children to public schools to improve educational efficiency, Increase theefficiency in order to better promote migrant children learning adaptability. Theseare one of the focuses of the whole society.therefore, migrant children learningadaptability in the public schools become the society and the times given us a newtopic.T Middle School is a public secondary school located in Jinshan District ofShanghai. The proportion of enrolled children of migrant workers is the highestregion, with a certain degree of representativeness. In this paper, Jinshan District,Shanghai secondary school as a case T, Attempt to be comprehensive and specificlearning to adapt to conditions of children of migrant workers in the public schools,Thus revealing the problems, analyze the causes of and countermeasures to enhancelearning efficiency. In this study, as the research object T middle school children ofmigrant workers, formulated public school teachers(40), children of migrantworkers (160), parents of migrant workers (160) three sets of questionnaires. Fromthe learning environment of the children of migrant workers in the public schools,learning attitude, learning methods, and physical and mental health investigation, Atthe same time the use of multi-angle method of literature research, archives andother mutual authentication. The survey found that: Overall, the part of the childrenof migrant workers there are difficulties in learning adaptation, Such as: learningfoundation is weak, heavy academic burden, there are various studies maladaptive.Such as the considerable number of students not suited to the materials in Shanghai(deep and live), students learn poor habits method, students motivation is tooutilitarian,Public schools to recruit a large number of children of migrant workersblindly follow past experience, has not taken any specific teaching strategies and methods, resulting in not suited to the growing situation.This paper From school (teaching materials, teachers), family status, andstudents themselves and other aspects analysis the causes of the problem. And putsforward the following improvement measures: Build equality and diverse learningenvironment; strengthen individual counseling; strengthen home-schoolco-operation; create a good social and campus environment for the children ofmigrant workers. I hope that through this study, to improve study adaption situation,in order to improve academic achievement, get the healthy growth; Explore equalityand teaching methods to meet their special needs; To arouse the awareness ofmigrant workers parent education, to improve the quality of family education ofchildren of migrant workers and form a cohesive force and school education; Schoolteachers to change the bias of the children of migrant workers, recognizing thebounden duty and obligation of schools and teachers to educate children of migrantworkers, and effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching; Try to theconstructive management strategies and recommendations for public schools torecruit a large number of children of migrant workers in the future survival anddevelopment of the road, but also for other public schools enroll children of migrantworkers "reasonable load, the harmonious development of" learning.
