The new curriculum reform is inseparable from this teaching form of class, and can not do without the active support of the head teacher; head teacher plays a vital role in the curriculum reform. On the one hand, the new curriculum requires the head teachers to renew their management thinking and change their work methods, on the other hand, the level of the head teacher's professional qualities directly affect the implementation of new curriculum and classroom management effectiveness, thereby affecting the health of every student of sustainable development.To further improve the professional quality of the head teacher, and unleash head teacher's role in promoting the implementation of the new curriculum, new courses must be clear what professional quality is requested, on the basis of investigation and research, find out the status of the head teacher's professional quality, find out the reasons, in particular, its problems and seek effective ways to help the head teacher in practice to improve their own professional quality standards, its work to better services for the new curriculum reform.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, the main topics of this study, explains the reason, concepts, research ideas and methods and the literature review.Part Two demonstrates that the head teacher's professionalism is closely related to promote a new lesson and with the new curriculum reform, we must attach importance to the enhancement of the professional quality of the head teacher.The third part mainly talks about the necessary professional qualities of the head teacher under the new curriculum requirements, in addition to containing general quality of teachers, a head teacher must have the quality of professional ethics, professional quality, professionalism and quality of physical and mental health quality of four aspects.Part Four, by the interviews and the survey, the result reflected that the head teachers have little knowledge of the new courses and the new curriculum; they lack of awareness of the head teacher's professionalism's role in the new curriculum reform; there are contradictions between their educational principles and practice ; their professional effectiveness are low; their professional knowledge are not solid; their professional competence are low and they have mental fatigue. Address these issues from the community, schools and individuals in-depth analysis of three reasons.Part Five proposes means and methods to improve the quality of the level of the head teacher. Such as the implementation of the head teacher qualification certification system, the establishment of the head teacher evaluation system title, the class teacher pays system reform. From a focus on the areas of competence and character development in the Teaching of the new curriculum ideas, the pursuit of diversity in the evaluation and develop a "disciplinary Education + Teacher Education" training model to enhance and improve teaching practice, to strengthen primary and secondary contacts, strengthen scientific research in six aspects of teacher education. Middle schools should improve the selection system, standard head teacher training employment; implement the training system to improve the level of the head teacher's professional quality; improve the management system, enhance the effectiveness of the work the head teacher. Head teacher also must conform to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, firm their belief in education, establish a new educational concept, change the role of education, research and education initiative, focus on reflection in practice, and do physical exercises to enhance physical fitness.
