If boxers want to give full play to their competitive ability level in the game and show their own technical and tactical style,good power quality guarantee is necessary.From the perspective of the characteristics of boxing sports,the development of athletes' core strength is athlete strength.The key to quality development.The strength of the athlete's core muscle group not only affects the athlete's various movement techniques,but also plays an important role in controlling the athlete's various parts of the body,improving the muscle's perception ability,the stability of the body during the game,and preventing sports injuries.This study mainly used literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to take 20 athletes from Hubei men's boxing team as experimental subjects,and randomly selected 10 experimental and control groups for12-week boxing comparison teaching experiments.Compare the effects of core strength training and traditional strength training on improving the skills of boxers,with a view to providing theoretical and practical guidance for providing scientific training methods for boxing events.The main conclusions are as follows:1.According to the results of the boxing expert's evaluation,this study uses the Pareto cut-off method to optimize,with 80% as the intercept,thus selecting the supine lifting legs to alternate punches,side bridges,squats,bridges,and supine balls.Body,double back to back quiet,supine and hip,double ball quiet,back bridge kick,supine back ball swivel,straight arm single leg bounce bridge,ball on the bridge,flat support,Swiss ball 19 core strength training indicators such as the back bridge,the side support on the Swiss ball,the standing balance plate grabbing the barbell,the wall static,the Swiss ball ball hip and the straight arm leg bounce bridge.2.After 12 weeks of strength training comparison experiment,in terms of special quality,the results of paired sample T test showed that the experimental group and the control group athletes alternately punched and hip-hop combination punches(3 punches)and Russian turn.The body interaction ball(5 kg),left and right interactive throwing(15 kg),prone and supine legs have a highly significant difference(P <0.05),and the experimental group scores significantly better than the control group.It can be seen that core strength training has asignificant role in promoting the improvement of boxing special qualities.3.After 12 weeks of strength training and contrast experiments,in the technical use of boxers,the technical level of the experimental group using the core strength training program is significantly better than that of the control group using the general strength training program.The significant difference between the two was significant(P<0.05).It can be seen that core strength training has a significant effect on improving boxing skills.4.After the experiment,the experimental group's subjective evaluation of the core strength training effect is higher.In terms of physical fitness and boxing skills,the experimental group athletes are more aware of the improvement of their technical level and are conducive to students' learning of boxing techniques.
