Research purposes:Core strength training in elementary PE class is still in the exploratory stage,the core principles of strength training for primary school physical indicators and skills to enhance the focus of the study.Balance as a basic human capacity,for the full development of students is highly significant.Practice has proved that core strength training can improve balance,but for primary school children study core strength training also belong to blank.This article aims to explore the impact of training on the core strength of primary balance,primary balance exercise science to provide scientific basis to improve students' physical fitness.Research methods:In this paper,the literature,expert interviews,statistics and other research methods and experimental methods,Changshu City Experimental Primary School fifth grade 80 pupils experiments intervention,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and 40 control group of 40 people.The experimental group of boys and girls of 20 people,each group is 20 people,men and women in the experimental group subjected core strength training intervention,the control group of traditional strength training.Using indicators before and after the experiment to test,explore core strength training for fifth-graders static and dynamic balance ability of difference analysis.With "one leg stance","marking time","eyes closed,walk a straight line","core strength" and measured as the students balance.Experimental data before and after the index transverse and longitudinal comparison of the data analysis process,draw the core strength training on students' ability to balance and core stability.Research result:1.One leg stance,and strengthen Romberg,eyes closed standing still,stand up-go,ho vestibular tests and other indicators represent the primary indicators of static balance and dynamic balance ability index,before and after the experiment,all the above indicators P <0.01,indicating that the core strength training improves the ability of pupils statically and dynamically balanced.2.Core strength(flexion,extension)before and after the index P <0.01,significant difference test.Core strength(abdominal bridge)before and after the index P <0.01,experiment with a very significant difference.Description core strength training intervention improved the primary core muscle strength,thereby improving the stability of the core area and improve the body's balance.3.After the experiment the experimental group and a control group of boys boys static balance index one leg stance,and strengthen Romberg,dynamic balance ability indicators eyes standing still,stand up-go,ho vestibular testing,core stability indicators belly bridges on indicators having a significant difference in the index flexion,extension indicators,indicators on the left flexor and right flexor index,indices left circumflex and right indicators roundabout,on which six indicators compare P> 0.05,between the lateral groups of boys no significant difference,while girls in flexion index,index extension,bend the left index and right flexor index boys,left circumflex indicators right roundabout indicators,six indicators on this horizontal comparison P <0.05,girls comparison of lateral formation of significant differences in the above indicators girls better than boys,description,girls core stability with core strength training to strengthen magnitude higher than boys.Analysis conclusion:1.Core strength training can improve pupils static balance.2.Core strength training can enhance pupils dynamic balance ability.3.Core strength training can improve students' core stability.
