Teaching and research as a discipline teaching and research system, the carrier is to promote professional standards of teachers to improve the platform.However, with the curriculum reform and development, teaching and research have gradually become the organization of single, older, more and more teachers complain that their efficiency is not high, the harvest is not. In addition, school administrators in the process of improving teaching quality is often the end result on the management of individual teachers, but they ignore the overall quality of teaching organization, management, resulting in the construction of schools in teaching and research and cultural lag. Under such circumstances, the school culture, teaching and research showing tyranny, inert, non-cooperation and other characteristics, teaching and research functions useless.Cultural construction of teaching and research not only affects the building of teachers, but also affects the entire school culture. Therefore, schools do a good job teaching and research culture, both to improve the professionalism of teachers, and promote the formation of a good school culture.This study is to explore the cultural construction of primary mathematics teaching and research strategy. Pudong New Area, the article on the teaching and research building of several schools survey reveals the current problems in teaching and research culture,and to make the reasons for its analysis.Through analysis of these issues to schools in Pudong New Area Z, for example, is exploring the construction of primary school mathematics teaching and research strategy for culture, some of suggestions.Through investigation and analysis, we found P to some primary school mathematics teaching and research culture, the following problems:lack of common professional vision of teaching and research;teaching and research members of the lack of enthusiasm;formal research activities,teaching and research content of the lack of appropriateness, effectiveness;teachers lack of awareness;teaching and research discord within the relationship;mathematics teaching and research the lack of "mathematical style";teaching and research systems, and management is not in place and so on.To solve these problems,the author access to large amounts of data, drawing some of the school culture in teaching and research good practice, to explore the cultural construction for elementary school mathematics teaching and research strategy, and provides some suggestions.Teaching and research strategy, mainly from the external and internal policies start at two levels.External strategies are:the gradual internalization and to enhance teaching and research head of the cultural management awareness;to teacher professional development and growth as the real end of life; to plan implementation of the effect of reflection and assessment for the protection.Internal policies are:focus on teaching and research culture of self-diagnosis;to develop teaching and research development plan;to establish the core values of mathematics teaching and research specific to pursue;the process management and institutionalization of technology as a core routine;cultivate a wide range of teaching and research culture; accumulation and rich cultural resources of teaching and research,and to do well and so cultural heritage and innovation.
