Junior high school students are in a period of rich and varied emotional life, emotional character education to the students plays a vital role in Chinese teaching, It is the base for realization of emotional education. With the deepening of reform of basic education and the development of a new curriculum system, it forms a new diverse pattern of the new curriculum standards. In order to develop comprehensive qualified personnel for the 21th century, emotional education in Education Teaching has become a trend, and it was incorporated into the curriculum. Emphasis on emotional education in language teaching is a comprehensive scientific objective and task. It will also reform the current status of the language teaching and meet the urgent need of emotional problems of the secondary school students. Chinese teaching will not only stimulate the curiosity of students, enhance student's interests in leaning to develop the intellectual capacity of students. It plays an important role, but also it will promote the development of quality education. In the end it will help students to quality education. In the end it will help students to establish a correct outlook on life and values.This paper first analyzes the implementation of emotional education in language teaching status, and on this basis with a reflection on the proposed reform measures accordingly. Second, it discusses the theory of emotional education and junior secondary students based on characteristics of the psychological emotional proposed language teaching junior high school students in accordance with paragraph does not target the implementation of emotional education, in-depth language teaching in junior mining emotional education factors. Finally, we will find a way to teaching reading and writing from the teaching practice of middle school language classroom implementation of the proposed strategy of emotional education.
