| In June 1999, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly promulgated the "Decision on the Deepening of Educational Reform and the Full Promotion of Quality Education", clarifying the direction for the establishment of a vital socialistic education with Chinese characteristics in the 21st century. Nowdays educationalists advocate that Quality Education should be promoted in the country. In order to achieving truly Quality Education, promoting the development of the overall quality of students, educationalists call for Emotional Education. As the basic humanities, Emotional Education is the duty to carry out in language teaching, so we have to in-depth study of language education among the emotional education.M.H.CкатKин's, the former Soviet Union education expert, affective instruction include:first, emotion is the driving force for the development of cognitive ability.
