Abstract: Learning is the essence of human life and only by virtue of learning and creating we can have the integrity as human beings and get the survival and developmental conditions. In 1972, the International Commission on the Development of Education (UNESCO) have predicted in Learning To Be:there will be a learning society in the future and every citizen is free to access all the means and opportunities to learn, train and develop themselves."For learners, learning is not a obligation with coerciveness, but a conscious responsibility."Students no longer learn for their parents and teachers'desirableness but for their own survival. In the learning society, the change of human beings'survival means and knowledge viewpoints will lead a value "learning is happiness". people achieve and surpass their learning natures and regard happiness as the process and result of learning, which we call happy-learning.However, for many students, especially high school students, learning is not a happy thing, to the contrary, is so painful. Many of them have the mood or behavior of weariness of learning.This thesis, adopting the judgment criteria by Hong Ming and Lv Sansan and the influencing factors from auther's view, studied the weariness of learning and completed a questionnaire in a common rural high school in Xiantao City and intended to figure out whether the rural high school students'weariness of learning related to social capital, family relations, school education equity, education Investment and income, utilitarianism values knowledge and current employmental situation. And if it is, what is the relevant countermeasures?840 questionnaires were sent and 825 ones were available. Judged by the second part of the judgment criteria, we finding there were 325 students have the mood or behavior of weariness of learning. Statistics and analysis on the related data with EXCEL and SPSS13.0, the results were:firstly,there is different weariness index between the two genders and boys'is higher than girls.Secondly, different classes in high school got the different education. The regular classes considered that is unfair to competite themselves with the advanced class.Thirdly,there is a positive correlation between the education equity and the weariness of leraning index. The former is the very important reason for high school students'weariness of leraning.Fouthly,the 6 variables: gender, class, family social capital, education equity, employment concepts, education Investment and income can predict 9% amount of variation about the weariness of leraning. By individual variables, education equity can bring the the exactest predict.In view of above, the author put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions as following:firstly,high schools should ensure the students can get the fair education and make them gradually increase themselves and be the master of learning.Second,government should improve the mechanism of educational expenditure's inputs and indemnity and make the students can get the education for all-round development.Thirdly,parents should pay attention to the family social capital play a very important role on children's education.Fouthly,high school students should gain a correct and rational viewpoint about personal investment and profits in higher education and then have a scientific and reasonable knowledge values.
