In recent years,people pay more and more attention to rural education.On the one hand,it is because of the solidification of social stratum and the imbalance of educational resources between urban and rural areas;on the other hand,the prevalence of the theory of uselessness of reading,the current situation of unemployment of college students after graduation and so on.To a certain extent,these have promoted the problem of rural middle school students' weariness of learning.Although the State implements the policy of "two exemptions and one subsidy" for students in rural compulsory education stage.To a certain extent,it alleviates the problem of rural students' weariness caused by economic problems.but the problem of students' weariness in rural compulsory education has not been well solved,especially in rural middle school students who are in rebellious adolescence.Therefore,helping rural middle school students to alleviate or even solve the problem of weariness is an important area in which social work needs to engage.This research mainly adopts qualitative research method,taking the students who are tired of learning in P Middle School in Tianjin as the research object.From the perspective of ecosystem,participatory observation and interviews are the main research methods.Through understanding its ecological environment-schools,teachers,families and so on,this paper explores the reasons for its weariness of learning and effective solutions.We try to help rural middle school students alleviate or even solve the problem of weariness through the way of growing group.The study found that the problem of school weariness of rural middle school students is affected by many factors,including family,school,teachers,peer groups,social environment,the rise of the Internet and so on.Faced with the complex situation of rural middle school students' weariness of learning,social workers try to help rural adolescents alleviate or even solve the problem of weariness of learning by growing up groups.During the activities of the growth group,it is found that professional emotional guidance and behavior correction,linking resources,broadening the vision of rural middle school students,providing quality homework guidance,strengthening good communication,coordinating relations and other social work methods are conducive to alleviating and solving the problem of rural middle school students 'weariness.
