Psychology and behavioral studies suggest that demand is the source of people's enthusiasm and motivation. To motivate employees to implement the desired behavior of Organizations, we must understand their true needs, achieve on-demand incentive. As a result, university staff to achieve effective knowledge-based incentives and key prerequisite to knowledge employees lies in the accurate grasp of demand characteristics, in order to design a variety of targeted incentive programs. With the growing knowledge economy, a single incentive incentives or simple combination of mechanisms have been unable to meet demand for knowledge employees incentives, Only actively exploring for enterprise development, effective incentive mechanism for the combination to stimulate the knowledge-based staff motivation and potential to contribute more to organizational development.This paper focuses on the theme of knowledge employees incentives to Kunming M University as the research object, and analysis of the Kunming Institute of Knowledge Worker M status of incentive management by describing the theory of motivation and needs of Knowledge employees. According to the general pattern of incentives of enterprise knowledge employees and survey results of Kunming Institute of Knowledge Worker M, conducted on a variety of motivational factors in order of importance, building a knowledge-based enterprises, the research staff incentive combination model is presented combination of incentives in three ways; Using SPSS statistical software combination on the effectiveness of incentive default conducted analysis, the combination of various incentive incentives on the effectiveness of knowledge employees, and proposed M University, Kunming combination of knowledge-based practice recommendations motivation.
