Due to fierce competition among colleges and universities in today's society,the human factor has become the most important one.The purpose of university management is to maximize people's subjective initiative and work creatively.Private colleges and universities,different from public universities with policy support,abundant resources and excellent teachers and students,lack core competitiveness,with financial difficulties,weak hardware and uncultivated students.In order to compete with the public universities in the future,we must establish learning organization through cultivating knowledgeable employees,improve the employees' initiative and establish top professionals so as to enhance competitiveness of the private colleges and universities fundamentally.“Knowledgeable employees are momentum for colleges and universities.” If they have a large number of outstanding knowledgeable employees,colleges and universities will be equipped with strong competitiveness so as to win the battle for the future development.Due to their special non-public property,implementation of incentive system needs large quantities of materials and not all private colleges and universities are aware of the importance of taking correct incentive mechanism for knowledgeable employees.This thesis summarizes the key features which the enterprises should keep in mind in managing the knowledgeable employees,also let the enterprises realize that their weakness in this field and the importance to make some improvement.This thesis also gives some advice on motivation methods and core values adjustment in order to maximize the output of the knowledgeable employees under a certain level of investment to them,at the meantime,increasing their stability in the enterprise.Then the management team will make the operation more effective by the endeavor on HR improvement.The university development stagnates due to lack of advanced management concepts and without perfect incentive mechanism for HR managers of private university H discussed in the thesis.The thesis will conduct in-depth analysis into needs of knowledgeable employees and HR personnel incentive system in private university H,expounding some factors that are not conducive to uniting andmotivating employees,such as lack of advanced management concepts and material and moral incentives,shortage of implementation of knowledgeable employees' performance appraisal and their career planning and failure in forming concepts that are suitable for their development.In view of real situation of private university H,the thesis designs a set of measures to improve the incentive system for their knowledgeable employees:improving managers' management concepts,establishing perfect salary incentive system,strengthening the performance management system,improving vocational training mechanism,helping employees to make career planning and build excellent management concepts,and raising special funds to perfect supporting measures in order to jointly realize effective incentive for knowledgeable employees.Private university H should change knowledgeable employees' incentive status,stabilize their team building and stimulate their potential and creativity,combining development goals of private university H and personal development planning to promote each other through implementing a series of measures.
