| In recent years, university students employment has been paid more and more attention by the whole society. The problem is one of heat problems that people care all the time. This paper, from the perspective of idea of choosing a career, held an investigation into the university student in three universities in Shenyang. After understanding current situation of university student idea of choosing a career, according to the result of the explorative factor analysis on a data set of participants using the primary questionnaire, the paper puts forward some point suggestions. The purpose is to help university students adjust in a right and establish own idea of choosing a career, and for school provide decision-making reference basis. At the same time, this paper also want to cause people to this problem more attention. The discussion has very important practical significance and guiding role. On the one hand, it can boost university talent training mode reform, provide more appropriate employment guidance and services. On the other hand, it can help graduates change notions of employment and facilitate their fuller employment.This paper main research methods includes personal interview, questionnaire survey, expert scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The subjects are students at three universities in Shenyang was studied in this paper, three universities are Shenyang University, Shenyang Agricultural University and Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. The main contents of questionnaire survey include six aspects, short-term planning, work unit selection, work site selection, salary expectations, emotion factors influence, the most important factor and so on. This paper analyzes the present of idea of choosing a career, come to the conclusion by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and put forward the suggestion. This paper has four parts:study design, results and analysis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, conclusions and suggestions. Concrete is:first, on the design and implementation of questionnaire survey; secondly, concluded the six basic problems results and analysis by the questionnaire analysis and processing; Again, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the salary expectations and most important factors; Finally, draw the main conclusions and suggestions.The major conclusions including university students after graduation nearly half choose state-owned enterprises; Economic and management specialty graduates have a high proportion of applying for postgraduate exams and civil servants; salary expectations too high; Seniors adopt more cautious realistic attitude than freshmen; Northeastern university students miss home stronger; Lovers affect less than family, etc. Suggestions:Change university student idea of choosing a career, which needs students, school, government and society to cooperate with each other; University students from freshman began to do good profession plan; Agronomy specialty to corporation exercise, to the Midwest; Schools should establish talent assessment laboratory,etc. Of this paper novelty, it is an investigation and analysis of specific circumstances of nine professional students, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for three university students' salary expectations and the most important factor is evaluated. |
