Regional training community is a kind of training Community for the regional cooperation and communication between schools and a training Community including schools and education areas formed in a canton.In this project,we found the effective carrier of teachers' professional development——training community, that is according to the reality of the regional education of teachers,establish the appropriate targets and requirements,in order to form a unique functioning idea and operating experience with distinctive features, by the construction of community, it will be able to bring permanent and efficient progress to each teachers with different levels, backgrounds, and expertise, and to push forward their professional development to maximum.During this essay, I explore the features,internal structure, mode and management, study the establishing mode of area community,backbone teachers community, regional cooperative training group community, project community and network community,and work mainly on the construction process regional training community as for the aspect of practical strategy.There has been the practice of the construction of Regional Teacher Training Community for years in Yueyanglou district of Yueyang city.Therefore,some experience has been formed at the determination of training objectives, the formulation of training community program, the construction of training group, and the organization of training activities.Exploring the external guarantee and internal operating mechanism to construct a feasible and efficient regional training community, can offer available operating paradigm to the smooth running of teaching researching in primary and middle schools. by the construction of community, it will be able to bring permanent and efficient progress to each teachers with different levels, backgrounds, and expertise, and to push forward their professional development to maximum.
