Teachers are the main body of education and teaching. Nowadays,the center of the education has changed. The professional development of teachers has become the focus. And the professional development of teacher has become the mainstream of the educational and teaching research. The construction of teacher learning community is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers. A helpful interpersonal relationship between the members, the members and the instructions can be created as the construction of teachers teams. We found that all the researchers have promoted to establish teacher training community and analysis the advantages of the community. However, weather our teachers want to accept this community, weather devote themselves to the community are still need to be further studies. And how the managers of school understand and use this the research results to realize the effect of the teachers’ research community should be studied too. This paper observe and think of the teaching work and the teacher professional development. And it studies the theory of community and teacher learning community. At last, this article summarize the beneficial experience about the primary school teacher research community based on the analysis and discussion of the G primary school teacher research community. Then, this article found out the problems when we Implementationthe primary school teachers community and propose the strategy to improve the efficiency of the community. One side, it promote the construction of the G primary school teacher research community. On the other side, this article provide the strategy that can be used to the schools that has the same meaning in this area.There are five parts in this article. In the first part, it introduces the proposing, the research goal and the significance, literature review and the research methods of this content. In the second part, it summarize the theoretical basis of this research. The third chapter describe the shape of school research community based on the questionnaires, interviews and observation. The fourth chapter obtains the existing problems and main influencing factors of the teacher research community. At last, the article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the research community on the community culture, training form, training scope and incentive mechanism.
