| With the coming of the information age, the education in China has been meeting with great challenges. Where is the way out? The way out is through reformation. Multimedia, as the core of modern education technology, is the critical point of the educational reformation. As an experienced history teacher in middle school, based on a teacher's sense of responsibility and historical sense of mission, under the guidance of the new curriculum concept, using action research, documentation and questionnaire method, after seriously summing up my teaching practice and exploring my experience in recent years, I wrote this article named"Multimedia technologies in Middle school History Teaching Application And Research", which means to organically combine the new curriculum with multimedia technology in high school history teaching to create a new type of teaching environment, to achieve a mode which not only reflects the teachers'leading role, but also fully reflects the dominant position of students,then fully mobilizes the initiative and creativity of the students, which can fundamentally change the traditional teacher-centered classroom teaching structure. This article includes the following parts:The introduction part analyzes the practical significance of this topic from the social development needs, the new curriculum reform needs and the discipline of history teaching needs, and reviewes the development of multimedia-aid teaching and its shortcomingsThe first part of the body elaborates the targets and the principles which the multimedia technologies must attain and obey respectively from the practical requirements of satisfying the social progress, the needs of developing all-round students and the needs of individual learning.At the same time, it makes a thorough discussion about the main forms of multimedia-aid teaching combined with its practical application of history teaching in secondary schools. Through a combination of teaching high school history, I demonstrateds the great role of multimedia technology in teaching.In the second part, according to my personal experience, I analysize the misunderstanding of using multimedia in history teaching from teachers'theoretical understanding of the issues and specific conditions, and thus I propose my new points of view to correct the errors. The third part discusses the history of multimedia teaching and learning environment in secondary schools, the role of the scientific orientation of teachers, and proposes measures to promote the teachers'role. |
