The application of Computer multimedia is a new revolution of information technique, which may widely be used in teaching. With the guide of modern education technology and history pedagogic, we can carry on multimedia teaching in special multimedia classroom. This is the primary module of application of modern computer multimedia technique in history curriculum of secondary school in our country. The multimedia assistant teaching has been used in varieties of formulas, e.g. introduction, inculcation, review and discussion courses of secondary school. This has prominent effect in creating teaching scene, inspiring students' interest in history study, breaking through teaching pivots and difficulties, cultivating students' ideation and study ability, nurturing students' sentiment and improving teaching efficiency of history courses. However, there are some mistakes in ideas and actions. In order to improve the actual effect of multimedia technique, teachers have to change their old ideas, and integrate science, art, activity, assistance, long-term and share principles into history teaching of computer multimedia.The thesis discusses the application of multimedia technique in the history teaching of secondary school theoretically and practically. The following is compendium:The first part summarizes the status of academic research of multimedia technique's application in the secondary school history classroom, so as to establish the primary aim and content of the research.The second part discusses the meanings of concepts of "multimedia technique", "the application of multimedia technique in teaching" etc. and introduces the environment of multimedia technique's application in teaching.The third part discusses the theory basis of multimedia technique's application in the secondary school history classroom mainly from the aspects of history pedagogics and modern information technology.The forth part discusses the basic module of the application of multimedia technique in the secondary school history classroom, and put forward concrete modules of application according to different types of courses.The fifth part analyses the effect of multimedia technique's application in the secondary school history classroom.The sixth part discusses the problems existing in the application of multimedia technique in the secondary school history classroom, analyzes why these problems appear, and suggests countermeasures of these problems. The seventh part summarizes the principles of multimedia technique's application in the secondary school history classroom, in order to direct the application.The third and fourth parts are critical. The third part analyzes the theory basis of multimedia technique's application in the secondary school history classroom based on history pedagogic, in order to highlight the characteristic of history. The forth part analyses the details of multimedia technique's application in each module and tips by different types of courses. This part is creative and important.
