With the advent of post-industrial era and increasingly strong of knowledge economy, the external environment for organizational survival has changed greatly, the uncertainty of organizational development has increased significantly, and the flat trend of organizational structure has become increasingly evident. The biggest impact of these changes to job seekers is that most organizations will not provide the opportunity of lifelong employment, so the career of staff, including associate staff (graduating students for example), is no longer a procedure of gradual promotion of the same organization. These profound changes of employment relationship and psychological contract especially lack of effective interpretation to the employment relationship of employer and employee, put the traditional career theory appearing inappropriate to a large extent, boundaryless career theory emerged in recent years, and it is expected to be a new hot spot and future trends of career theory.Almost at the same time, Chinese society is also experiencing a profound transformation, which is from planned economy to market economy, from elite higher education to mass higher education. The degree of social concern of employment of college student is rising day by day; the Party Central Committee and the State Department put the employment of college student as this year's top priority. However, as long-term existence of traditional prejudices, which is sex discrimination, female college students are often become the'volunteer'of the graduate employment team, as one of the important source of future knowledge employee team, female college students are simultaneously confronted with the dual challenge of sex discrimination and boundaryless career. In order to effectively address these challenges, cognitive and strategic research of their employability is appearing vitally important, as problem of employability is the core of the personal career plan and management, and has foundational status of career plan and management. Therefore, research of employability of female undergraduate based on the boundaryless career theory undoubtedly has rich theoretical value and important practical significance.This thesis is based on the boundaryless career theory, which is the most cutting edge of career management theory; introduce the perspective of comparison research, analyze the related factors of employability deeply, such as psychological contract, career success, career stage, career management responsibility etc, based on the different theoretical background of traditional career theory and boundaryless career theory. It integrates the related research results of many disciplines such as management, psychology, sociology, education etc; analyze the connotation and features of employability of female undergraduate in the boundaryless career era, using the method of systematical analysis and inter-disciplinary analysis, systematically analyze the internal composition of employability of female undergraduate, finalize the construction of binary model of employability of female undergraduate, and add two real cases to analyze the model further. On this basis, combined with expert interview, propose the advice and countermeasures of upgrading the employability of female undergraduate, and hope that this thesis can give inspiration to the group of female undergraduate who are generally difficult of finding a job.
