In the economic globalization society, the role of human resources in enterprises becomes more and more important. The efficiency of the operation of the human resource market, the efficiency of human capital are closely related to stability and health rapid development of the national economic, and also a key link with the social welfare. But now there are large deficience of the human resource market.There are some job-seekers can not find suitable work,which make the situation of job market becoming much tense.Therefore within the framework of theory for job search, from the perspective of employability,this paper mainly discussed and summarized in the human resources market of China what led to the difficult for job seeking.This paper adopted the basic methods of the modern economics, which combined empirical research with normative research, also combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. The research generally followed the theoretical framework and the research paradigm of empirical test and policy recommendations. Mainly as follows:after a brief review of a job search theory, employment theory and social capital theory, the paper constructed a empirical model combined with the reality within the framework of the modern work search.Then the paper analyzed the present situation of human talent market and its empirical investigation. With the basis of sampling survey data and for the searching behavior of job seekers and recruitment enterprise, the paper used principal component analysis and Two Logistic model for empirical analysis, and draw the appropriate conclusions. Finally, based on the empirical analysis, it's concluded that the Chinese human resources market exists inherent and intrinsic defects and put forward corresponding policy recommendations.Conclusions of this paper: there are differences in the Population variable learn for individual job seeking. There are some significant positive correlation between human capital and job seeking,social capital and job seeking; The concept of job seekers career is not correct, the low degree of market channel for job search, there are constraints for the social capital and human capital of job seekers and low levels of employability is the main reason for the difficulties for job seekers; Job seekers should set up the correct career ideas and strive to improve their employment ability level and accumulate social capital and human capital to increase the probability of successfully job seeking; Government should eliminate job seekers'employment barriers, making laws and regulations to regulate the human resource market, and establish a rational human capital pricing mechanism,the govement should slso keep a balance in social capital among different areas, it's th egovement responsability to help job seekers promote human capital,so as to find suitable job.
